I am the vocalist in a band, looking for someone that not only enjoys the genre but also the lifestyle. I've been in a band most my life and its part of my identity. I need someone who understands that and what it takes to keep a band going, all the behind the scenes stuff that needs done, practice, online presence, booking, merch..... and the forefront, playing shows and traveling, it can get hectic and stressful at times. I want someone that's willing to be a part of all that with me and look good next to me while doing it.
That's the Metal side of me. The other side of me is laid back, like my coffee in the morning, I have a 200lbs St. Bernard, drive a motorcycle, finishing my last year of school getting my associates degree in the culinary arts. Hanging out with friends, going to concerts or local venues, discovering new restaurants. I always have music playing while doing things around the house or driving.
I have what they call "Frisson" its a strong emotional response to something esthetically pleasing, typically music that causes you to have chills through your body, which why I think it have such a strong connection to music.
In past relationships me being in a band has been "all fine and dandy" until its not. Sorry, but im not gonna stop doing something I love because all of a sudden its too much for you.
